CF has got their errant construction plan back into their main alliance. Big G took the plan from Hector Barbossa, and The Watcher has moved up to level 81 without missing a beat. I give them props for their organization in moving the plan. Maybe the whole point was to transfer it from Syedfsz to Big G. Big G’s World Wonder city has a population of 610 compared to Syedfsz’s 454, so he’s probably much more ready to build up the late-game levels.

Forgot that we lowered Bratsoni 20 levels today. No infrastructure damaged, but it delays him a few days. Does Babuk get to win if they damage watcher?
